Made in China is much more than just a label. Made in China represents what China is as a country, it represents its past, present, and future. People’s opinions about what made in China is today is more accurately what made in China was ten years ago.

The intention of this book is not to put China up on a pedestal, but to show China in a different light. I used this opportunity to not only write about the ups and downs of China, but also to test it for myself.
