Syndrom is a fictional magazine, based in Germany. Each issue ex√ores a psychological topic. For example, this issue explores schizophrenia. The theme of duality and multiple (or split) personality is used throughout the design of the magazine. Each spread is designed with one page of neatly typeset articles with an accompanying page of more chaotic imagery. The same text is used for both sides of each spread. The magazine is special for its size and attention to detail, while conveying a sense of bipolar disorder.
